At Bella Elaine Jewelry LLC, we take pride in our fine craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange or refund.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery to ensure everything meets your expectations.


Damages or Issues on Delivery

If your item arrives defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at sales@bellaelainejewelry.store or call our support line at 337-252-1529.

To help us resolve the matter quickly:

  • Keep all original packaging

  • Take clear photos of any damage to jewelry and packaging.

The information you provide allows us to work efficiently with the shipping carrier to ensure the issue is resolved promptly.


Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received — unworn and undamaged

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and documentation (such as certifications)

  • Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase

  • Be approved by our team before shipping back

Please Note: Jewelry that has been worn, broken, altered, engraved, or modified from its original state is not eligible for a refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-designed jewelry

  • Special orders

  • Personalized or engraved pieces


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@bellaelainejewelry.store to request a Return Authorization Form and Return Number.

Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions for sending your item back.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@bellaelainejewelry.store.
